Th...I feel for you girl, but keep up the good work. They say the first few weeks are the hardest. Your body craves sugar like a junkie wants his fix. Once it's out of your system, it's supposed to be easier.
The only time I exercised somewhat regularly was when I had friends that would drag me to the gym. We'd do the bike or treadmill and a few circuit machines...you need a workout buddy! Someone to show up at your door and drag you out for a walk and adult conversation; or try getting a good audiobook from the library, that you only listen to when you go walking or use a treadmill.
I'll be praying for your blood work to give some answers, and for your doctor to be able to help get you feeling better.
-debiedebiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05172126113155345202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4999358659859367296.post-68030774775740434952013-07-24T01:30:10.429-07:002013-07-24T01:30:10.429-07:00Aw man...that sounds really super frustrating!! Hang in there....maybe your blood work will have some helpful answers and point you in the right direction. I give you major props for hanging in as long as you have so far!!!!Meredithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11308266001167955058noreply@blogger.com
